If you arrive before the mall opens at 11:00 AM, please take the elevator on the north side (Xingya Road side, 1F of DREAM PLAZA, near Taipei City Hall Bus Station) to the 6th floor, and follow the instructions of our store partners to enter.

If you arrive after 11:00 AM, please register for a queue number online and wait for entry by the elevator on the north side (Xingya Road side, 1F of DREAM PLAZA, near Taipei City Hall Bus Station) to the 6th floor according to your LINE or email notification.
Our store partners may reopen the queue system every 60 minutes based on crowd conditions and business hours. Please refer to the website for the latest updates.

- 線上取號可以使用LINE帳號或Email登入。
- 使用LINE帳號登入的顧客,請加入或解除封鎖星巴克LINE官方帳號(@starbuckstw),可入場時才會收到LINE提醒。建議您開啟提醒功能(LINE聊天視窗,右上角「≡」→開啟提醒)。
- 使用Email登入的顧客,系統將寄送驗證信件至您填寫的信箱,如果您沒有收到驗證信件,請查看垃圾郵件、垃圾桶或更換另一組Email。完成取號後,請您主動更新網頁、查看最新入場號碼。
- 每位入場者不分年齡皆須取號。每次取號可登記至多4人,超過4人請使用其他LINE帳號或Email取號。
- 若重複取號將以最後一個號碼為準,前次取號紀錄將自動失效。
- 門市夥伴將視等候入場人潮關閉或重新開放取號,請依網頁所示為準。
- 門市夥伴將視店內人潮開放顧客入場,入場號碼、需等候的組數非等候時間。
- 領取號碼牌僅確認入場資格,不保證內用座位。入場後,請依各吧檯門市夥伴指示排隊點餐及取餐。
- 收到入場通知後,請在通知所示時間內前往等候處,逾時需重新取號。請您開啟入場畫面,並由門市夥伴操作入場,請勿自行操作。
- 同行顧客須一起入場,恕無法分批入場。
- 入場後如需短暫離場,請由門市夥伴加蓋手章後始可進出。
- 「SIREN'S LOUNGE尊榮體驗區」訂位顧客無需取號,可持訂位通知直接入場。
- 所有星巴克門市營運空間範圍內均禁止食用外食;禁帶寵物,僅服務動物能進入門市或部分封閉的室外座位區。
[Important Notice]
- Customers can get a queue number online by signing in with either your LINE account or an email address.
- For customers signing in with a LINE account, please make sure to add or unblock Starbucks official account on LINE(@starbuckstw) so that you can receive a LINE notification when it’s your turn to enter. We also recommend enabling notifications (Tap the top-right “≡” menu → Turn on notifications).
- For customers signing in with an email address, the system will send a verification email to the address you provided. If you didn’t receive the email, please check your spam or trash folder, or try using a different email address.
- Each customer, regardless of age, must have a queue number. Each queue number can register up to 4 people. For groups larger than 4, please use a second LINE account or register via email.
- If you register more than once, only your most recent queue number will be valid; all previous numbers will be voided.
- Our store partners may suspend or reopen the queue system based on crowd conditions. Please refer to the website for the latest updates.
- Entry will be managed by our store partners based on in-store crowd levels. Please note that your queue number and the “waiting groups” do not indicate actual wait time.
- After getting your queue number, please refresh the webpage manually to check the latest entry number.
- The queue number confirms entry but does not guarantee a seat. Once inside, please follow our store partners’ instructions at the counters to line up, order, and pick up your drinks and food.
- After receiving your entry notification, please open the entry screen and wait for store partners to complete the check-in process.
- All guests in the same group must enter together; split entry is not allowed.
- If you need to step out after entering, please ask a store partner to stamp your hand to allow re-entry.
- Guests with reservations for SIREN’S LOUNGE are exempt from the queue system. Show the reservation confirmation for direct entry.
- No outside food is allowed in any operational areas of Starbucks stores. Pets are not permitted; only service animals may enter the store or designated enclosed outdoor seating areas.
